  • FLAT SPECIFICATIONS

  • Walls
    • Interior walls of living, dinning and bedrooms will be finished with one coat of primer and two coats emulsion paint of Asian/ICI/equivalent w/putty finish.
    • Exterior walls and all other walls will be finished with weathering proof coating.
    • Walls in kitchen above the tiles will be finished with oil Bound Distemper [OBD] paint.

    • Three phase concealed electrical wiring and electrical supply with MCB w/phase changeover for each flat will be provided.

    • Colored glazed ceramic tiles of Kajaria/Bell/Somany up to a height of 2' above platform will be provided.
    • Rustic vitrified tiles flooring as specified by the architect will be provided.
  • FLOORING

    • Vitrified tile flooring of size 2'-0'' x 2'-0'' will be provided in the living, dining & bedrooms
    • Balconies will be provided with ceramic tiles
  • JOINERIES

    • Main door with teakwood frame and decorative teakwood paneled shutters with both sides melamine polished will be provided. Comes with required locks and fittings in brass/stainless steel.
    • Windows will be finished with UPVC windows of ELGI make or equivalent. Other doors will be provided with padak wood frames and molded compressed wood fiber doors with teak skin of kuttys/equivalent and will be varnished on one side and enamel painted on the other side.
    • Toilet and Balcony doors will be of water proof quality.
